Mr. Robert B. Vettorel, Co-Founder, President and CEO, has been a driven individual his entire life. Growing up on a dairy farm as a child taught him the meaning of hard work. His participation in athletics throughout his academic career taught him the importance of determination and perseverance. He was financially independent after high school, but wanted to go to a small private school to get a good education. He attended school full time and played two varsity sports while holding down three jobs to pay for his education. He graduated with a degree in Corporate Finance and has been using that degree for the past 20 years in the financial services industry. Throughout his career he has worked with both individuals and businesses to help them manage their money. His background in corporate finance and understanding of financial markets and economics has helped him build his own practice with assets close to $100 million. In addition to owning and operating his own company, he also serves as Senior Vice President for a community bank. This role began six years ago when he was approached to run the new Wealth Management Division. Under his guidance, this new division has attracted $130 million in assets under management. His role in NetworkKing compliments his current role in the financial industry. He is building a business organically, with a business model that creates cash flow and profitability quickly to create value.
Mr. Jayson R. Hobbs, Co-Founder and Vice President of Business Development, has worked in sales and marketing for over 15 years with experience in a variety of industries including medical, manufacturing, transportation and IT. He has extensive experience in sales execution, successfully executing business strategy to achieve organizational goals. As the director of a leading medical device manufacturer’s surgical education program, Mr. Hobbs found his passion for education, technology and networking. In this role he oversaw the $2M program where his team put on over 50 conferences a year with over 8,000 attendees. He is focused on a consultative sales approach that leverages networking, business intelligence and analytics to drive improved efficiency throughout the organization. His diversified experience in sales, sales management, sales leadership, marketing, education, networking and technology will help NetworkKing succeed and grow. Mr. Hobbs is responsible for leading the sales organization at NetworkKing.
Mr. Joseph Sites, Advisor, is President and CEO of Allied-Horizontal Wireline Services. He is an industry-recognized leader in service quality and safe operations — areas comprising the fundamental cornerstone of oilfield operations. With direct experience in all facets of the industry, from field and engineering work to operations management and business development, Mr. Sites boasts a proven track record of business growth and development in both private and public arenas, having founded two successful service companies prior to assuming leadership of Allied Wireline. With a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, Mr. Sites began his career with Schlumberger Wireline, where he is credited with implementing global service quality control measures for the company, and was honored for superior operational execution and safety. Following a rapid rise to become Schlumberger’s Operations Manager of the Barnett Shale, the Pennsylvania native next served as Business Development Manager of J-W Wireline Company. Mr. Sites spearheaded and developed fundamental service quality and safety initiatives, and was integral to introducing new technology that helped make J-W Wireline the fasting growing U.S. based wireline company in 2007. Leveraging his success and hands-on style of management, Mr. Sites was a co-founder of Hotwell Services in 2008, and later founded Horizontal Wireline Services where he served as President until bringing his dynamic leadership and vision to Allied-Horizontal Wireline in 2014.
Mr. Ethan Nicholas, Vice President of Marketing, got an early start as an entrepreneur at the age of 17 selling cookware and cutlery products. In his first year he became the top sales rep in the division and was quickly promoted to District Manager. As DM he won over 30 contests, recruited and trained over 1,300 sales representatives, and was responsible for millions of dollars in cookware sales. Having a passion for world travel, Mr. Nicholas took the role of sales director for a Texas-based travel company in 2007. He spearheaded the development of new markets nationwide from the ground up and personally built an organization of over 5,300 representatives and customers on a shoestring budget. He also developed and created marketing programs, initiatives, and strategies to dramatically increase the customer base. In 2010 Mr. Nicholas succeeded to his current role as President and CEO of The Pittsburgh Social Exchange, LLC. His organization has grown its membership and subscribers list by over 4,200% to become the largest ‘Social Chamber of Commerce’ in the northeastern U.S. With competition everywhere Nicholas has found a way to dominate the business networking scene in Pittsburgh for years with continuous monthly events exceeding an average of over 350 guests at some of Pittsburgh’s most unique and eclectic venues. PSE has doubled gross revenues every year since he took over the company. Mr. Nicholas is responsible for leading the marketing efforts of NetworkKing.
